Janitorial Lead 3rd shift EAST STROUDSBURG, PA (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1921+PARADISE+TRAIL+EAST+STROUDSBURG+PA+USA+18301) Description The janitorial lead will oversee and train janitorial personnel and delegate cleaning duties and organizing tasks to ensure for a safe and maintained facility. The employee is required to comply with departmental safety requirements, contribute to the quality improvement processes and interface and communicate within the department. Requirements 1. Have good computer skills 2. Know how to communicate effectively 3. Be highly organized 4. Prioritize Tasks and Delegate accordingly 5. Follow up with Janitors for job completion 6. Have the capability to type reports and word process 7. Have an aptitude for mechanical work 8. Be responsible for material pick-up 9. Obtain information pertaining to machinery in the plant 10. Be responsible for placing orders as well as for following up on orders placed 11. Provide backup to our maintenance manager and maintenance supervisor as needed 12. Complete additional various tasks as delegated by manager and/or supervisor 13. The employee is to check with the Maintenance Manager for priorities. Experience: Have 3 years leadership experience 3 years Fork Lift Experience Have 1 year of Continuous Fork Lift Experience Hours will be 3rd shift 11:30 pm-8:00am
