PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our office buildings and production facilities. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

About the Role
As a Custodial Technician, you will perform a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks across interior spaces. From routine sanitation to light repairs, your work will directly contribute to the health, safety, and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain office and production areas, including dusting, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing floors. Wash walls, windows, and clean drinking fountains. Replenish supplies in washrooms and lavatories (towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Remove litter, empty trash bins, and recycle paper, cans, and bottles. Change light bulbs, unclog toilets, and monitor compactors and recycling bins. Read and follow work orders and safety instructions accurately. Perform basic repairs as needed to maintain facility standards. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive activities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles. Pay Details: $21.16 per hour
