... We're seeking a Custodian/Janitor to help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming facility. This full-time role is essential to the daily operations of our workplace, ensuring that employees have a clean and healthy environment to do their best work. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:
Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and meeting areas

Sweep, mop, and vacuum tile, concrete, and carpeted floors

Dust furniture and fixtures

Restock soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed

Empty trash bins and shredders throughout the facility, including production areas

Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and faucets

Maintain cleanliness of main entrances, employee entrances, and storage areas

Clean and disinfect water/coffee machines and kitchen counters

Prepare and maintain coolers and sports drinks during hot conditions

Handle minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any repair needs

Safely clean up spills following proper safety protocols

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Ability to recognize and report maintenance or safety issues

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols

Ability to read and follow safety instructions and labels

Reliable and safety-conscious with solid attendance

Self-starter with good time management skills

Able to lift, stand/walk for extended periods

Willing to wear required PPE (safety shoes, hearing, eye, and hand protection)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
