Position Title: Janitor- Part time (10.5 hours/week)

Location: Meadow Glade, WA

Salary Range: $15ph - $17/ph

Job Description:

This Facilities Cleaner position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The cleaner will be responsible for daily sanitization and cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, break areas, and production zones. This includes emptying trash, sweeping/mopping, and ensuring all cleaning duties meet established health and safety standards. The role requires the ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

Clean and sanitize offices, bathrooms, kitchenettes, conference rooms, and production areas

Perform floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)

Dispose of trash and recycling from all facility areas

Restock restrooms and cleaning supplies; coordinate with maintenance as needed

Deep clean carpets, handrails, and high-touch surfaces when required

Clean sensitive equipment and parts with care in production areas

Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including PPE usage and chemical handling procedures

Serve as the sole onsite cleaner responsible for the cleanliness of the entire office

Flexibility to accommodate additional hours/tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 40 lbs

Push/pull up to 100 lbs

Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching overhead

Ability to stand/walk up to 5 hours per shift

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

18+ years of age

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Proficient in English

Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
