We are looking for an Industrial Janitor (2nd Shift) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role 

2nd shift Janitor provides support to the Innomotics NOW Facility.  Must become a member of the local collective bargaining unit upon hire.

Responsibilities

 

Perform housekeeping and 5S activities adhering to all OSHA and Siemens safety and work practice policies.  Follow appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from supervisor.  Must meet all physical job requirements. Keep and maintain workshop and outside areas in clean and orderly condition Perform cleaning and other assigned tasks. Adhere to all safe work practices and plant rules of conduct. Adhere to all outlined section and operational processes and procedures. Notify supervisor of quality, process and/or safety issues and concerns. 

 

Your Profile 

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

2+ years of experience working is a related field Completion of a High School Diploma

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Operate floor cleaning and other cleaning equipment, sweep, mop, and/or scrub. Clean hallways and stairs. Clean and sweep shop areas and debris from building entrances, smoking areas and along facility fences and building walls.  Pick up any classified waste and dispose in trash bins. Adhere to safety practices and procedures; perform other job-related duties as required. Clean, repair and paint internal and external walls. Perform Operator- Checklist and maintain cleaning equipment. Complete work order forms according to established procedures. Maintain all work areas in a neat and orderly fashion, following both 6S and workplace design processes.

 

The pay range for this position is $22.70. The shift differential for working second shift is $1.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
