From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Janitor based in Nampa, ID. The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean facility throughout the Plant. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: + Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls daily. + Clean and disinfect restrooms on an hourly basis. + Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones on an hourly basis. + Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed. + Empty trash and recycling bins. + Clean up spills when required. + Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. + Notify supervisors of major repairs needed. + This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not proscribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Education · High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred by not required. Experience + 1+ years of commercial cleaning. Specialized Knowledge · Knowledge of safety guidelines when managing chemical cleaners. Skills / Abilities · Excellent communication skills. + Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them. + Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces. + Ability to lift and move fifty pounds. + Good organizational skills. + Excellent time management skills. + Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
