We’re looking for a motivated Jamesbury Assembler to join our growing team in Shrewsbury, MA.

Position Summary

As a Jamesbury Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling industrial valve components with precision and consistency. Working from detailed drawings and instructions, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest standards of performance and safety.

What You’ll Do

Assemble valve components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.

Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.

Inspect and verify completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.

Safely operate equipment such as fork trucks or pallet jacks to move materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all federal, state, and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

0–1+ years of on-the-job assembly experience (experience in another assembly position is a plus).

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Preferred:

Prior experience in industrial or mechanical assembly.

Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

Fork truck or pallet jack operation experience.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
