PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jamesbury Assembler to join a leading manufacturing client in Shrewsbury, MA. This is your opportunity to be a key player in a production team known for precision, innovation, and quality.

As a Jamesbury Assembler, you’ll play a crucial role in producing high-quality valve assemblies that support vital industrial operations. Your work directly contributes to the integrity and performance of essential systems across various industries.

What You’ll Do

Assemble components using hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.

Read and interpret assembly drawings to ensure accurate product builds.

Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Assist with the movement of materials within the assembly area.

Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

0–1+ years of experience in a similar assembly role.

Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly.

Forklift or pallet jack operation experience (a plus, not required).

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
