Jack Driver - Dark Meat Debone Packout (2nd Shift)

Job Details:

Job Description:  This position is responsible for driving a floor jack to transport product and supplies to and from the production line.

Job Synopsis:  The jack driver usually starts work earlier than the line is scheduled by about an hour.  Work during that time includes setting up the line by bringing out skids of clean empty tubs and lids, ice, empty skids, skids of meat for the line feeder and boxes when needed.  Throughout a shift, the jack driver is responsible for bringing skids of meat to the start of the line and for moving loaded skids of product to the holding cooler.  Additionally, as skids of dirty tubs and lids become full, the jack driver is to remove them from the area and take them to the tub room to be washed.  Vats of ice are yet another responsibility of the jack driver that must be taken care of as the vats become empty. . And any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
