As a Transfer Review Specialist within the Funds Transfer Team at J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will be tasked with executing outbound calls to our clients to authenticate and confirm funds transfer instructions. Your role in this team-oriented environment will involve supporting branch personnel with their clients' funds transfer requests, adhering to our policies, and assisting with other administrative functions such as confirming recurring payments, managing callback waivers, and handling delegation memos. We value team members who are passionate about client service and can leverage their communication and relationship management skills to provide an exceptional level of service to both our clients and Financial Advisors/Client Associates.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor money transfer queue and performing outbound client calls for verification/confirmation.Manage daily email and phone inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures, as well as applicable FINRA and other federal regulations.Provide high quality, high touch service to J.P. Morgan Advisors Financial Advisors/Client Associates.Coordinate and follow through on Financial Associate/Client Associate requestsResearch, follow-up and resolve inquiries and issues through effective interaction with advisors, client associates, product partners, branch/operations teams and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
