In the Netherlands, we are located in four cities: Huizen, Delft, Eindhoven and Hengelo (head office). In Huizen we deliver a wide range of engineering solutions to the Land Forces in order to support them in their communication and situational awareness needs. One of the key subsystems is SOTAS, providing Voice communication and IT infrastructure inside a Military vehicle. For the SOTAS System Engineering Team , Thales (Huizen) is looking for a talented
IVVQ Manager
with the possibility to develop into a systems teamleader position .
About the team
The system engineering team (4fte) translates the customer requirements into a technical solution and test and integrates the system and records the evidence. As IVVQ manager you coordinate the team responsible for the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification in the SOTAS segment (8 fte).
About your future job
An IVVQ Manager within Thales Huizen is key in the development of a teststrategy, the orchestration of the integration- and testactivities and the recoding of the testmethod and results in order to prove compliance to customer requirements
System Engineering activity is a developing department growing in size. The challenge for the coming period is to grow the SE/IVVQ maturity in Systems Engineering.

For our team we are looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience in Systems Engineering in environment in an comparable industry ( like Avionics, Critical Infrastructures), with a specialism in IVVQ . We are looking for a person who:
Has proven to be able to define the overall IVVQ strategy for the SOTAS product.Ensure test preparation and execution according to the strategyDefine the integration tree step-by-step, consistent with the system release plan.Identify necessary test equipment, including standard or specialized tools and any specific calibration requirements for each test activity.Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVVQ activitiesIdentify enabling systems required to validate solutions, define operational scenarios, and establish validation criteria to objectively assess solution compliancePrepare test campaigns, execute tests, and analyze resultsManage the Writing and updating of integration and verification test proceduresCoordinate IVVQ activities, establishing priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducting tests, analyzing results and transmitting them to development teamsCoordinate technical fault finding/errors (i.e. JIRA)Knowledge of Polarion or a comparable Requirements Engineering Support ToolWhat's in it for you
