• 車載インフォテインメントシステムのレジデントエンジニアとして、特定の顧客のプロジェクトにおけプロジェクトマネジメントリーダーを担当
• 主な職務内容
：顧客のプロジェクトマネジメントのサポート
：プロジェクトにおける技術的問題・課題の解決
：プロジェクトマイルストーンとマイルストーン毎のクライテリアの達成
：各車両イベントに対する製品仕様、SWリリース仕様の調整
：Quest Global開発チームと顧客/Tier1サプライヤー間の各種調整業務
：顧客技術文書の管理
• Quest Global社内チームおよび顧客/Tier1サプライヤーへの技術サポート
• 顧客へのレジデントエンジニアとして、顧客内及びTier1サプライヤーとの調整・合意形成
• As a resident engineer for in-vehicle infotainment systems, you will be responsible for project management leadership for specific customer projects.
• Main Responsibilities
• Supporting customer project management
• Resolving technical issues and challenges during projects
• Achieving project milestones and milestone criteria
• Coordinating product specifications and software release specifications for each vehicle event
• Coordinating various tasks between the Quest Global development team and customers/Tier 1 suppliers
• Managing customer technical documentation
• Technical support for Quest Global's internal team and customers/Tier 1 suppliers
• Coordination and consensus building within the customer and with Tier 1 suppliers as the customer's resident engineer

• 車載インフォテインメントシステムのアーキテクチャ、ソフトウェア、ハードウェアの包括的な開発経験
• 複雑な技術的問題・の解決及び業務プロセス改善の経験
• 顧客に対する技術的窓口責任者としての経験
• 顧客・自社を含む全てのステークホルダーとの強固な関係構築の経験
• 顧客・自社内経営層に対する報告書の作成及びその報告の経験
• 車両インターフェースとインフォテインメントシステムに関する知識
• 日本からのオフショア海外技術チームのマネジメント経験
• OEMまたはTier 1におけるインフォテインメント分野のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
（プロジェクト日程、コスト、必要要件、KPI等のマネジメント
• 少なくとも1つの量産インフォテイメントプロジェクトにおける、プロジェクト開始から完了までの開発経験
• 組織マネジメント経験
• 異文化労働環境の経験
• Comprehensive development experience in in-vehicle infotainment system architecture, software, and hardware
• Experience solving complex technical problems and improving business processes
• Experience serving as a technical liaison with customers
• Experience building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including customers and your own company
• Experience preparing and delivering reports to customers and your own company's management
• Knowledge of vehicle interfaces and infotainment systems
• Experience managing an offshore technical team from Japan
• Project management experience in the infotainment field at an OEM or Tier 1 company
• (Management of project schedules, costs, requirements, KPIs, etc.)
• Development experience from project initiation to completion of at least one mass-production infotainment project
• Organizational management experience
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
