ITSM Change Management Specialist

 Elevate your career as an ITSM Change Management Specialist. Drive efficient change implementation, lead the CAB (Change Advisory Board), manage change risks, and champion ITIL best practices. This role will evolve to include incident and problem management within 6 months, becoming a central point for IT service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAB Leadership: Manage global CAB meetings, including agenda, risk assessment, and decision-making. Daily CAB experience preferred.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate change implementation risks.

Training: Develop and deliver change management training across the enterprise. 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure CAB ticket compliance.

Liaise with tech, business, and security teams for approvals.

Coach implementers on change communication.

Track progress and report metrics.

Drive process improvements and documentation.

Promote ITSM quality.

Maintain ITIL compliance.

Build stakeholder relationships.

Execute change communication plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

ITIL Expert/v4 Managing Professional certification preferred.

Extensive IT change management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Project management experience.

NICE TO HAVE

Change ticket automation experience (scripting).

AI for process/compliance governance.

Agile/DevOps knowledge.

ServiceNow experience or other ITSM tools

Technology stack knowledge (cloud/on-prem).

Incident/problem management experience (root cause analysis, Service Improvement Plans).
