Skills and Requirements Must Haves:   3+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role within an ITSM environment.   Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.   Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik Sense for data analysis and visualization.   Experience using Jira or equivalent tools for task and incident tracking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Plusses:   Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
