Are you passionate about electrical systems and dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency? Join us at Downer as a ITS Apprentice Electrician, where you’ll be integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional electrical services in multiple environments, including industrial, mechanical, HVAC, civil works, traffic signal installations, and communications systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Conduct the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, focusing on mechanical and HVAC applications, civil works, traffic signal systems, and communications infrastructure in various commercial settings, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues providing efficient solutions to minimize downtime. Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality in every project. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with other trades, subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems and installations.
