proficient Application Specialist with strong Functional Skills specifically in Finance and Supply Chain The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of years of ERP experience with systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft Workday or SAP This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems a customer focused mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teamsKey Responsibilities ERP System Supporto Provide functional support for Finance and Supply Chain moduleso Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues ensuring smooth system operations Business Analysiso Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementso Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and new features System Configuration and Maintenanceo Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needso Perform regular system updates and ensure compliance with best practices Training and Documentationo Conduct end user training sessions to enhance system adoptiono Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals and process flows Collaboration and Communicationo Collaborate with IT teams vendors and business users to implement and optimize ERP solutionso Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders Project Supporto Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projectso Test new
