Functional Application Analyst III to provide expert level support for enterprise HCM applications This role will focus on system configuration troubleshooting reporting and supporting HR Payroll Benefits and Compensation business processes across various ERP platforms including PeopleSoft Workday and SAP The ideal candidate has years of functional experience in enterprise HCM applications and can work across multiple platforms to support business operations effectivelyKey ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support for HCM systems ensuring seamless operation across HR Payroll Benefits and Compensation modulesLead system enhancements configurations and business process improvements to optimize system performanceCollaborate with HR Payroll IT and business teams to gather requirements and implement functional solutionsTroubleshoot system issues integrations and data discrepancies across multiple HCM platformsSupport data conversion and integration efforts across ERP systems ensuring data integrityAssist with system integrations including third party payroll providers and other external vendorsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting tools native to various ERP platformsManage security roles user access and compliance related configurationsConduct user acceptance testing UAT system testing and support release managementProvide end user PeopleSoft HCMExperience with HCM ERP migration or system integration projectsFamiliarity with healthcare organizations or other highly regulated industriesExposure to Agile methodologies and tools
