have primary responsibility for design buildconfiguration testing validation and ongoing supporttroubleshooting of acute Epic applications Responsible for obtaining and maintaining in depth knowledge of software functionality and acquiringutilizing knowledge of operational workflows used with the Epic system Responsible for coordinating aspects of planning design development implementation communication maintenance and evaluation of existing and new functionality related to build and support of Epic and related information systems Provide ongoing maintenance support and development to assigned applications and implement new productsTroubleshoot research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systemsTests and verifies software releases upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environmentGenerate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure Including requirements specifications change control end user documentationProvide education and training for application end user community ndash keeping them informed of new release featurefunctionality changesrevisions that impact the operationCreate and route required operational and management reporting needs as required by management and regulatory agenciesFamiliar with process improvement demand management and project management methodologiesMaintain current knowledge of technology by attending appropriate continuing education trainingseminars and reading related periodicalsOn Call Support RequiredParticipates in new
