Support the Value Stream Manager (VSM), on mentoring of individuals in the factory and key projects. Support the Program Operations Manager(s) to ensure program reporting and program milestones are met. **What You Will Do** + As HMT Lead, this person will host reoccurring meetings with the Hardware Management Team for weekly goals and accomplishments. + Provide basic responses to reduce and eliminate email traffic from multiple people on the program side. + Support any required factory meetings and reviews. + Provide mentorship for roles and responsibilities around the different functions in the factory. + Communicate progress and factory improvement projects / constraints management. **Qualifications You Must Have** + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, _or_ An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience. + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance." + Experience working with a Union workforce. + Fluent in Excel and Microsoft application **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Ability to step into a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding, leveraging experience to make immediate contributions. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and present information effectively in meetings and cross-functional teams. + Ability to interact positively with peers, suppliers, management, and customers in a production environment. **Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role.** Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
