Support the Value Stream Manager (VSM), on mentoring of individuals in the factory and key projects. Support the Program Operations Manager(s) to ensure program reporting and program milestones are met. **What You Will Do** + As HMT Lead, this person will host reoccurring meetings with the Hardware Management Team for weekly goals and accomplishments. + Provide basic responses to reduce and eliminate email traffic from multiple people on the program side. + Support any required factory meetings and reviews. + Provide mentorship for roles and responsibilities around the different functions in the factory. + Communicate progress and factory improvement projects / constraints management. **Qualifications You Must Have** + A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, _or_ An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience. + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
