Job Purpose:
This role will develop and optimize launch strategy for Itepekimab in China to drive launch excellence.
Develop Itepekimab portfolio strategy and life cycle management.
Main responsibilities:
Brand and portfolio strategy
Build brand/portfolio strategy independently.Identifies opportunities, develops & implements services around brands that maximize overall value for stakeholders.Creates and develops new markets for a brand, e.g. new territories, customers, indications, formulations, channels and geographiesShapes the external environment to improve brand potential through influence on all customers, segments, and stakeholdersIdentifies and ensures inclusion of market access requirements in clinical development.Develops aggressive strategies to mitigate or build on competitor offerings.Build on patient/customer insights to lead innovation
Generate insights and implications from market, to meeting patient and customer needs and outcomes.Develop a deep understanding of the TA and translates this into business plans.Foster solution-oriented innovation in own team and ensure implementation.Prepare product messages and customer solutions that address the needs of specific customer segments and decision makers.Product development and life cycle management
Inspire & implement innovative approaches to the integration of clinical, regulatory and commercial inputs across all stakeholders.Develop business case/approval for LCM optionsDrive brand value and differentiation through formulation development and packaging.Ensure optimal intellectual property protection through effective cross-functional working.Marketing Execution
Create and lead execution of key opinion leader development program.Lead development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation.Lead development and delivery of materials to support Market Access/Managed MarketsLead brand finance and budgeting practises (P & L) and appropriate management of resources.Drive consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical using appropriate key performance indicators.About you
Experience Qualifications:You have a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing or business; an advanced degree is preferredYou possess minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing management roles with experience in immunology, specialty care or respiratory disease areaYou have experience in new product launch or strategic planning for innovative pipelinesYou have previous experience collaborating with cross-functional groups including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, Forecasting, etc.You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with collaboration, conceptual and innovation capabilitiesYou have strong project management expertiseYou have team management experiencePreferred Qualifications:You hold an MBA or advanced degreeYou bring additional commercial operations experience in sales, sales analytics, product/project management, consulting, and/or corporate financeProfessional Skills:You are fluent in EnglishYou possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsYou can lead effectively in an ambiguous environment across different functions and company culturesYou think strategically and can prioritize capacityYou have analytic and synthetic capacity with the ability to understand, simplify and communicate effectively with othersBehavioural Competencies:You are performance-oriented with the ability to work and deliver along agreed timelinesYou demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skillsYou are team orientedYou are ready to travel as requiredPursue progress, discover extraordinary
