The Communications Lead will play a key role in planning, developing and implementing communication strategies ensuring alignment and clarity across all partner groups during the integration of Intra-Cellular Therapies into Johnson & Johnson. This position requires a dynamic leader to drive internal communication efforts. This is a duration-based role which is expected to conclude December 31, 2026. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. **Responsibilities:** _Strategic Communications & Integration Leadership_ · Build a detailed short and long term plan for integration communications to ensure that employees touchpoints are relevant, timely, and cohesive across timepoints · Stay ahead of integration insights and trends that would require a shift in communication strategy or plan and make adjustment as needed · Keep employee experience and employee sentiment at the center of all communications plans · Metric employee communications and ensure communications approach and content are achieving expected goals · Lead through a matrixed environment, and in close partnership across key internal partners, the development of: key messages, branding, and targeted communication materials that actively engage employees and effectively convey integration progress, landmarks, updates and sentiment. · Collaborate with various departmental leaders to gather insights and develop coherent messaging for partners and strategies for key achievements within the integration. · Ensure alignment of branding, messaging, and engagement efforts through integration efforts to drive a consistent narrative. · Actively participate in integration working team meetings to provide communication insights and updates. _Stakeholder Engagement_ · Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners across both J&J and Intra-Cellular, to enhance communication efforts and foster collaboration. · Lead internal communications with a vision and agility that effectively drives impact for key integration. Includes coordinating with ITCI and J&J Neuroscience communications colleagues/partners to seamlessly integrate communications approaches across the business and the integration. · Assess existing websites, materials, and communication tools to find opportunities for improvement and alignment with integration goals. Recommend and coordinate the implementation of new or enhanced communication platforms as needed. · Address other communication requirements as directed by leadership, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs and challenges. _Business Partnership & Collaboration_ · Serve as trusted key business partner and advisor to the Vice President, Integration and Integration Management Office (IMO) · Act as primary communications advisor within integration leadership team and key stakeholder group by enhancing business opportunities through communication strategies/tactics driving impact and advancement of priorities/goals. · Coordinate connections across the Communications ecosystem (e.g., Public Affairs, Enterprise, etc.); identify and expand upon opportunities while mitigating issues. **Qualifications:** · Bachelor's degree · 10+ years relevant work experience · Experience leading communication agencies and assigned budgets · Internal or organizational communications experience · Healthcare experience · Proven track record operating in a collaborative, complex, matrixed environment leading multiple partners. · Social media proficiency · Standard digital literacy Do you strive to join an outstanding team that is dynamic and constantly evolving? Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
