Italy Customer Operations Intern | 6 months |Milan
For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Customer Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:
Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets; Tracking and monitoring of contact centers quality; Tracking and monitoring of performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM); Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
You are the right person if you:
Have a background in Economics, Management, Marketing, Communication or similar Speak Italian and English fluently Possess a good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel) Are a problem-solver with a lateral thinking mindset, able to identify creative solutions and workarounds in a dynamic environment Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive
