Italian Speaking Senior AR Specialist Job Description **Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our finance team?** **Do you want to be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and personal growth?** **What is the job about?** As an Italian Speaking Senior AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections. You will handle reconciliations, manage customer balances, and provide relevant explanations of statements and differences. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your main responsibilities: + Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections. + Perform reconciliations and provide explanations for any discrepancies. + Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure timely payments. + Support stakeholders by providing information based on analysis of receivables. + Ensure documentation is complete, up-to-date, and in line with Finance Excellence. + Support external law firms in judicial credit collection’s processes by providing case-related documentation **Your background:** We imagine that you have: + A degree in economics or finance from a recognized higher education institution. + At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. + Fluent in Italian and English. + Good accounting knowledge and solid Excel skills. + A communicative, people-oriented personality with a systematic and quality-oriented way of working. + Basic knowledge of legal procedures related to credit collection **What’s in it for you?** You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team, guiding others in seeing possibilities, not problems.
