IT Vendor Management Specialist, Day Shift, Information Technology

As a IT Vendor Management Specialist, you will:
• Responsible for delivery and management of technology services, working with customers, internal service delivery units, and suppliers to ensure an appropriate level of service is delivered.
• Work with all areas of the organization to select vendors, resolve issues, facilitate change, and promote positive working relationships with vendors.
• Monitor and report vendor performance in relation to service level agreements.
• Query and analyze data to troubleshoot issues and ensure data quality; monitor and document daily data processing and quality indicators.
• Anticipate and identify problems related to third party vendors.
• Present and communicate findings from data analysis.
• Lead the implementation of balance, reconciliation, monitoring and control processes.
• Lead vendor integration efforts and implementation solutions to improve vendor relationships and enhance programs.
• Drive solution set across development teams through regulatory requirements, contracts, and positioning.
• Actively participate on virtual teams as a technical resource accounting for vendor related tasks and keeping appropriate business units informed on issues, remediation status, and overall performance.
• Provide frontline support for external system applications including parameter changes, resolution of issues, errors in system data, and general maintenance items.
• Perform problem management and resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
• Review, analyze, and modify vendor configurations and programs including verification, validation, and deployment efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all AHC IT assets, including hardware, software, peripherals and licenses.
• Order, track, manage and troubleshoot all AHC IT mobile devices.
• Work collaboratively with AHC’s IT Telecom team for ongoing Telecom analysis to obtain and review up to date Telecom information for all entities.
• Track inventory and develop strategies to implement and identify cost reduction and product utilization optimization opportunities.
• Place new orders and terminations as necessary.
• Review all entities IT contracts for the purpose of documenting financial responsibilities.
• Assist with month end and year end reconciliation and overall financial review of the IT budget.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5 years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Two years contract management, asset management, and/or IT finance experience
• Collaboration

• Customer and business focused.
• Proficient in Excel
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and peripherals
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
• Communicative (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving

Pay Range:

$63,510.88 - $92,090.78

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
