Well versed in Agilescrum methodology. Worked on testing IVR call flows. Testing experience of voice natural language processing NLP, DTMF, call routing treatment, TFNs, voice. Text to speech TTS prompts, barge ability, call trees, call module mappings. Tested the IVRVRU applications involving Nice Call Routing Platform. Testing Methodology and Test Plan Formulations. Test Case analysis and design, Test Script development and Test Coverage. Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools like HP QC
