12+ years of experience required for this role. Programming skill - Java, Java script, good to have Qmetry knowledge Proficiency in desktop based test automation frameworks such as SmartBear Test Complete (Java) (Must) Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to identify test requirements, design test strategies, and create detailed test plans in a test case management tool i.e Qmetry. Integrate test automation into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of high-quality code. Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of the codebase. Lead and mentor other automation team members
