Job Title: IT Technology Services Associate

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks am IT Technology Services Associate at our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for Revenue Accounting and Reporting processes within the SAP IT Mergers and Acquisition Center of Excellence Team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Support streamline end-to-end “Deal to Revenue Accounting” processes for SAP’s acquired companies by leading the implementation and support of the SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) solution. Perform fit-gap analysis of acquired company’s Revenue Reporting processes along with the business process owners and solution architects to identify new technical requirements for smooth post-merger integration with SAP RAR tool. Document technical specifications in form of user stories to the product team for development. Collaborate with cross-functional IT product owners to define end-to-end solution for the new business requirements, execution of initial testing of the solutions. Track the progress of customizations and enhancements in SAP RAR tool to deliver new business requirements. Execute functional testing, initial User Acceptance testing, regression testing, and system integration to ensure the end-to-end process and data integration. Support the design of data migration strategy including data extract to transform logic, conduct data mapping (field mapping and value mapping), data cleansing sessions with acquired company’s business process owners and data architects and finally to migrate acquired company’s revenue data to SAP systems.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and one year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Prior experience, internship, or academic coursework to include each of the following:
Software Development and programming with SAP ABAP;
SAP S/4HANA;
SAP Technology knowledge with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI);
Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall and Agile;
Order to Cash Business Process;
Financial Accounting and Controlling Business Process; and
Software Quality Assurance including Performance and Software Validation

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $86,736 - $108,540. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $86,736 - $120,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
