Hands on Experience in IBM Sterling OMS package suite. Design and development experience in Sterling Call Center and Store application Ability to develop custom solution in IBM Order Management package. Experience to lead a development team (Offshore) Customer Engagement - Prior experience in client facing role to understand business requirements and convert to technical stories. Preparation of High level and detailed design documentation IBM OMS deployment process using CI/CD tools like JENKINS
