Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures Coordinate and communicate with impacted business units Experience with Windows 2012R2, 2016, 2008R2 Experience in Microsoft Clusters Experience with Hyper - V Experience in DHCP, DNS, IP configuration Powershell script skills Experience in SCCM configuration & Administration in terms of patching and Packaging Experience in VMware configuration and administration Experience with HP blades and OneView Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure Strong communication skills Understand of Active Directory, Group Policies, OU structure Strong Troubleshooting skills regarding all components of Windows from OS and driver issues to authentication issues
