Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred At least 4 years of QA experience in Contact Center Domain Experience in testing CTI custom softphone applications, IVR validation and Genesys call routing validation . Experience in developing automation strategy with CYARA tool.Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
Lead QA team from Onsite and do offshore coordination. Work with business teams and Dev partners for requirements and come up with test plans and automation initiativesInterview Process (Is face to face required?) No
