•       Hands on Experience in IBM Sterling OMS package suite.
•       Design and development experience in Sterling Call Center and Store application
•       Ability to develop custom solution in IBM Order Management package.
•       Experience to lead a development team (Offshore)
•       Customer Engagement - Prior experience in client facing role to understand business requirements and convert to technical stories.
•       Preparation of High level and detailed design documentation
•       IBM OMS deployment process using CI/CD tools like JENKINS
