Detailed Job Description:

Understand the application architecture and business domain Proficient and hands - on experience in Load Runner and monitoring tools like Appdynamics Dynatrace, Splunk etc In-depth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability Analyze performance test results and coordinate with development teams for enhancements Generate performance test summary reports for review Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing Review and recommend improvements to existing performance test procedures Compare and contrast system performance with varying levels of physical resources (RAM, CPU cores, Disk caches, Network) Identify and address recurring problems/ issues. Good communication, analytical and presentation skills. Good Team player
