We are hiring long-term temporary IT Technicians to assist with upgrading computers to Windows 11 for a client in Virginia, MN. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment, with potential for permanent employment with the client. This is not a remote position. 
... Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to change)

Responsibilities:

Upgrade existing computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11Verify software and hardware compatibility with Windows 11Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade processCollaborate with IT team members to plan and execute upgrade schedulesProvide technical support and guidance to end-users on Windows 11 features and functionality

Skills & Qaulifications:

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially Windows 10 and Windows 11Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamEffective verbal and written communication skillsAdaptability to changing schedules and prioritiesProven experience in IT support or a related fieldFamiliarity with computer hardware and software installation processes
