Our client is currently seeking a qualified **IT Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Wilmington, DE and provide PC support and imaging. This is a Contract opportunity that can go 3 to 9 months depending on performance. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work a variety of shifts that could start as early as 8:00am and end as late as 10:00pm. There will be occasional travel to various client sites that are within 20 minutes of each other. The ideal candidate must have a valid DL, and a personal reliable vehicle to travel to locations.
**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Image, configure, and deploy PCs and related hardware in clinical and administrative settings
+ Replace and decommission outdated systems with minimal disruption to operations
+ Travel between sites to provide on-site support and complete deployment tasks
+ Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to meet project goals and timelines
+ Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and deployment activities
+ Provide courteous, responsive support to staff, ensuring a positive user experience
**Skills and Qualifications** **:**
+ Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience in PC imaging, deployment, or desktop support
+ Proficiency with Windows OS and imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar)
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed
+ Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
+ Must be able to lift and move computer equipment
+ Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
+ Calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
**Wage Range** :
The rate for this position is between **$18.00 - $26.25 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
