This engagement is to assess the client technology application landscape to understand and consolidate the Non production environment data/information w.r.t critical program. This information will help client to provisioning the new environment, required changes to existing Environment w.r.t to that critical program Infrastructure Provisioning (On Premise/On Cloud) and Support experience is must. Non Production environment Management experience is required. Knowledge of DevOps tooling and pipeline setup. Well versed with ServiceNow ticketing tool. Knowledge of Databases is preferable. Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM Tools Overall 8yrs of experience and 5yrs of experience on above JD points. Good Communication skill as this associate will be in client facing role\
