Detailed Job Description:

At least 6-8 years of experience with Information Technology and Software Development in which more than 4 years of experience as BSA in Capital Markets specifically equities and mutual funds. Required Experience Business System Analyst (BSA) / Tech Lead with string knowledge of capital market domain specifically equities and mutual funds Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements Should have experience in analyzing application, writing requirements , splitting and creating stories based on requirements individually and communicate with development team Experience in SAFe Agile practices and end to end agile project life cycle implementation Should have extensive experience in ALM tools JIRA/Confluence for documenting the requirements and user stories in with clear DOD/Acceptance criteria Experience in coordinating with multiple teams (onshore / offshore) and lead deliverables
