You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations, monitoring and support for critical enterprise applications database managements on cloud & data center infrastructure. This role ensures central database servers system health, performance and availability and incident resolution while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day technical operations, monitoring, and support for critical enterprise applications, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure servicesEnsure system health, performance, and availability of central database serversLead incident resolution and drive operational excellenceDevelop and optimize monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports for the Infrastructure and Data Center teamsManage IT operations, including budget planning and vendor managementLead cross-functional teams and drive service delivery improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred5+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in leadership or senior technical roleStrong expertise in application monitoring, SQL/Oracle database management on cloud & on-prem infrastructureExperience in managing IT operations, including budget planning and vendor managementProven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving service deliveryExperience with M&A integration and leading complex projectsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant certifications in workplace technologies or IT service management are a plusAdditional InformationReady to drive with Continental?
