IT Systems & Network AdministratorRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Network & Production Systems Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining 24/7 operations across our network environment and production-critical systems, supporting both internal users and external clients.
This role involves hands-on administration of servers, network devices, monitoring systems, and specialized business applications. All changes (updates, patches, migrations) must align with global IT policies, requiring collaboration with international teams and a team-oriented approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.Administer Linux-based servers and ensure system availability and performance.Support and maintain production-critical business applications and systems.Monitor, solve, and optimize network and server performance to ensure consistent service delivery.Expand and maintain the IT knowledge base with detailed technical documentation.Provide responsive support to both internal staff and external team members.Collaborate effectively with global teams and align with corporate IT policies and culture.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Electrical/Electronic Engineering is an added advantage).Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Linux+, or similar) are helpful.Technical Expertise
Good experience in enterprise network administration (switches, routers, firewalls).Proficiency with Cisco devices (required); Mikrotik experience is a plus.Hands-on Linux system administration (required).Experience with Zabbix monitoring tools (required); familiarity with Nagios and/or Grafana is a plus.Experience in 24/7 operations with high reliability and uptime standards.Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.Exposure to SIEM solutions; QRadar experience is a plus.Familiarity with virtualization platforms: Nutanix AHV, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, Proxmox.Soft Skills
