Job Description

In this role, you will be involved in evaluation, testing and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support PSI business processes and operations.

You will:  

Maintain, upgrade and improve company IT infrastructure systems and networksDesign new computer systems and frameworksManage the set-up and configuration of IT infrastructure systems including Azure/MS 365/Microsoft Exchange/ MS Teams and its integrationsDevelop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errorsOptimize and maintain LAN and WANOptimize and maintain backup and restore processesInstall, configure and maintain server (HP/HPE) and network (Cisco) hardwareTranslate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirementsCreate IT guidelines and manualsDeliver trainings on IT infrastructure system processes

QualificationsUniversity Degree in Computer Science or the likeExpert knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP routing and switching on Cisco CCNA or greater level (certification is a plus)Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory (including ADFS, PKI)Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Microsoft Exchange in high-available and hybrid configurationsExperience with SCCM and/or ServiceNowCloud solution experienceBasic administration of Linux serversExperience in setting up centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga etc.)Experience with Veeam BackupExperience in managing HP/HPE hardware and VMware vCenter serversKnowledge of virtualization concepts and practical hands-on experience on VMware Certified Professional level (certification is a plus)Experience in designing, implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure projectsAbility to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsAbility to document and maintain detailed technical documentation and procedures
