CTG is seeking to fill an IT Systems Engineer opening for our client in Jacksonville, FL. Location: This position will be mostly remote but there could be a few times where they get asked to come on-site to the Jacksonville campus to provide in-person support. Candidates should be within 70 miles of the Jacksonville campus. Duties: Review and evaluate current Microsoft Intune system settings to improve and simplify mobile device management. Create, manage, and maintain mobile configurations, application configurations, enrollment profiles, and mobile application assignments within Intune. Provide system administration and support for mobile devices (iOS and Android), including troubleshooting and configuration. Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and system management tasks. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications on both desktop and mobile platforms. Support Microsoft Conditional Access policies and provide recommendations for optimal configuration. Monitor and respond to technical hardware and software issues, escalating to vendors or external support as needed. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of systems software and hardware across multiple locations. Document systems requirements, configurations, inventories, and technical plans. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support and maintain multiple ongoing projects. Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune Admin Console (required) PowerShell scripting (required) Experience with iOS and Android device administration (required) Microsoft Office troubleshooting (preferred) Microsoft Conditional Access configuration (preferred) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience in systems engineering or Intune administration, preferably in a large, complex IT environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree and training/experience in IT technology; OR Associate degree plus 3 years of demonstrated technical experience; OR High school diploma and 5 years of demonstrated IT technical experience at a large, complex organization. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
