Duties: * Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry regulations and best practices * Lead regular cyber risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and supporting mitigation strategies * Assist the CISO in preparing quarterly board reports * Serve as a liaison with global partners in Legal, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk * Monitor and report on cybersecurity program effectiveness using KPIs and metrics * Stay current on cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes, supporting timely updates * Manage relationships with external cyber auditors and internal compliance teams
