Job Description
A large logistics customer is looking to hire a IT Systems Analyst to join their team. You will combine technical expertise with strong cross-cultural communication and presentation skills. This role requires self-directed work, leadership, and client relationship management, all aimed at driving the enterprise network infrastructure and digital workplace forward.
• Leads the exploration, design, and rollout of advanced technologies, platforms, and services.
• Creates setup instructions, training materials, and support plans for technical architecture initiatives.
• Uses expert-level problem-solving to tackle complex issues that don’t have standard solutions.
• Applies strategic thinking to resolve major, cross-team challenges effectively.
• Acts as a top-tier support contact for network and infrastructure systems—including switches, routers, wireless networks, device management, and cloud/on-premises services like Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune.
• Plans, builds, and oversees network systems that align with business goals and cloud-first strategies.
• Partners with system architects to design network and infrastructure solutions.
• Guides multi-disciplinary teams in defining and delivering technical strategies.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience within IT
• 2-4 years of working/supporting Microsoft, Cisco, and VMWare Technologies
• Understanding of Operating Systems from Microsoft and Apple
• Programming and scripting: PowerShell and JavaScript
• Previous use of technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, TCP/IP, LDAP
• Knowledge of VoIP telephony
• Must be completely comfortable with the support of mobile technology • Microsoft, VMWare or Network certification null
