IT Systems Analyst
CTG is seeking to fill an IT Systems Analyst opening for our client in Rochester, MN. Location: Remote Duties: Independently manage multiple medium or department-scale IT internal business projects from initiation through closure Provide resource management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and change control throughout the project lifecycle Lead process improvement and new business service implementations Consult with stakeholders and lead proactive communication between business proponents and IT Leadership Facilitate user training and create training documentation Contribute to improving existing guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies Report department metrics and communicate key performance indicators Develop business proposals, considering multiple alternatives and supporting business cases Interact with IT vendors and provide technical interpretation of services Perform break/fix support, system maintenance, and participate in optimization sprints Participate in software release testing and validate high-quality results Document project designs, workflows, integrations, conversions, and analytics solutions Analyze and resolve technical issues using My Oracle Support (MOS) and other vendor tools Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust control environment Lead and coordinate effective business meetings, document process changes, and maintain training and control materials May provide 24/7 on-call support as needed Skills: Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Proficiency in submitting service requests and driving issue resolution with Oracle Support Broad knowledge of digital transformation tools including analytics, process automation, APIs, and product management Understanding of strategic product direction and roadmapping Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in technology or business administration Experience supporting enterprise applications in areas such as human resources, payroll, supply chain, finance, engineering, or healthcare Experience working with external/internal stakeholders and systems vendors to resolve complex issues Experience with project coordination, business process improvement, and digital solutions development Education: Bachelor's degree required Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field Oracle or payroll certifications are a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
