Your Key Responsibilities Support the Design and Development Engineering departments within Schaeffler by providing technical and business process support Support technical issues related to CAD, recommend CAD best practices, and guide users in Schaeffler policies Support technical issues for users across North America related to CAD – Creo and Windchill – PDMLink Support user requests for best practices and Schaeffler policies during the design process Coordinate with global CAD teams to ensure North American groups are following global guidelines and procedures Coordinate and support the CAD Key User network within North America, and ensure business value and cross training is occurring during the regular meetings Support documentation updates related to CAD and CAD Methods within Schaeffler Group Identify improvement needs throughout the design departments and act on those needs to drive continuous improvement Audit conformance to procedures on an as needed basis for selected areas Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, support local administrators in resolving incidents and problems, in line with ITIL standards Your Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Administration degree or equivalent practical experience in function Proficient in PTC – Creo and Windchill – PDMLink Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and possess overall strong PC skills Internal drive to continue to learn and stay knowledgeable of CAD technology Experience working in design departments is desired Our Offering
