About this opportunity:
As an IT System Analyst, you'll be part of a cross-functional team and work closely with the Technical Lead to understand business challenges and propose effective technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze projects' key deliverables, from programming and unit testing to continuous integration, maintenance, and deployment, promoting appropriate prioritization and solutions for each project. We are looking for professionals with a growth mindset, committed to continuous improvement, and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
What you will do:
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams to ensure successful feature delivery.Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and continuously suggest improvements.Facilitate alignment with other POs and TPMs to manage dependencies and ensure roadmap consistency.
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.Ability to write technical documentation and user stories for development teams.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (APIs, microservices).Experience in DevOps environments and with CI/CD pipelines.Background in sectors like telecom, fintech, healthtech, or B2B platforms.Experience with data analysis, metrics, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).Fluency in English (especially for global or cross-functional collaboration).Experience in software development, systems analysis, or working closely with engineering teams.Understanding modern solution architecture (e.g., APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, security).Familiarity with tools for backlog management and product tracking (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).Why join Ericsson?
