IT TRAINEE:
Position based in Barcelona
We are looking for a part time student to join the Local IT Support team located in Barcelona office. In your role, you contribute to deliver support to internal users in an international environment.
As part of the team your main tasks will be:
Support for the opening of incidents and assistance requests from users. Work with the ticketing system. Solving level 1&2 IT problems: user computers, printers, mobile phones other hardware and basic network troubleshooting. Keep computer systems running and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them. Setup computers with Microsoft Windows & MAC environment. Participation in the setup and equipment deployment. Assist to ensure all devices follow ADP security compliance. Meeting room local support. Mainly Cisco devices. Manage stock equipment and other supplies. Guide creations and sharing knowledge with other team members. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsWe search for someone enthusiastic about learning to work in a large company in an international environment. With a good sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, reactivity, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
Troubleshooting skills. Knowledge in Microsoft Windows. Office 365. MAC OS is a plus Good sense of customer service. English & SpanishPart time job: 9-14hs.
