A day in the life.

Hybrid Work Schedule - Must be in office three (3) days per week to be able to meet with managers, perform training duties and attend meetings.  Monday is mandatory!

Monitor ServiceNow tickets and respond to colleagues’ requests for IT helpOffers technical support to colleagues by responding to questions and concernsTroubleshoots common issues and directs colleagues towards the appropriate department if further assistance is needed or assign tickets to appropriate IT departments that can resolve the issuesMonitor resolution progress and record solutionsPeriodically updates knowledge base articles and participating in educational opportunitiesEnsure the proper computer, phone equipment and accessories are ordered and configured for new colleaguesAssist with users on-boarding and off-boarding processes across multiple teams/departmentsCo-Perform 1st day access validation training with new hiresManage Out of Office messages, removal of applications and permissions, delegation of voicemail and email requests during off-boarding colleaguesSubmit and track to completion the request to grant and/or revoke colleague access to shared drives, Outlook Shared Mailboxes and Public FoldersSubmit and track to completion the requests for mobile phones and BYOD accessManage user access for various software platformsManage all email distribution lists and perform periodic audits to ensure accuracyCoordinate with IT and other pivotal teams to process colleague name changesComplete User Access Request (UAR) forms for new hires, position changes, and terminations; Complete UARs to re-establish system access when required; Track UAR forms to ensure their timely completionDevelop training materials and helpful guides for common questions/tasks to be provided to our colleaguesCommunicate to all colleagues about new technology releases, software features, and helpful tips using easy-to-understand languageHybrid Work Schedule - Must be in office three (3) days per week to be able to meet with managers, perform training duties and attend meetings
