About the role:

TQL is looking to add an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and customer service. Our technicians work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They also manage new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and configuring Active Directory/Exchange Accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, mobile app and phone system issuesPerforming PC repairs, upgrades and reimaging on Dell OptiPlex Desktops and Dell Latitude Laptop systemsSetting up new workstations and relocating existing ones (light bending/lifting required)Utilizing JIRA/SCCM to manage inbound support requests and software upgrades/rolloutsWhen on-call, responding to after-hours calls from employees regarding technical issuesRegular travel between 3 - 5 TQL Cincinnati locations providing on-site support and office moves

What you need:

Available to work Saturday – Wednesday 8AM-5PM PC and Network knowledge/experience requiredIT-related college degree or comparable professional experience requiredExceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping othersAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 / Office 365 and Windows 10 is a plusA+ and/or Microsoft Certification highly preferred
