We’re currently seeking an IT Support Tech to join our team in Modesto, CA and supporting surrounding regions!

The Information Technology (IT) Support Tech is responsible for assisting with the technology, maintenance, networking, security, and overall IT stability of the organization.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will build rapport with staff and customers, solve problems, and enjoy learning across a dynamic environment. 

What you will do:

Provide world-class technical support Resolve desktop, laptop and application issues submitted via the service desk Build and configure systems, set up email, and install software Work independently, taking ownership of issues and escalating when needed Monitor data backups and system alerts/logs Create documentation and user guides Join local meetings when necessary  Performs onsite installation of IT equipment (desktop, routers, kiosks, IT Cabinets, etc) Provides onsite and remote technical support to all stores Contributes to ongoing efforts to improve policies and procedures Completes projects assigned, including but not limited to in house equipment setup, site requests, writing of product documentation, and testing of equipment. Up to 25% travel is required Performs other duties as assigned
