IT Support Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire an IT Support Specialist sitting in Frederick, MD, supporting a global technology company. This individual will provide Level 1+ onsite and remote support to users across the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on the Frederick office. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring workstations, and resolving problems related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and iOS devices. The role also involves managing support tickets, maintaining inventory, and occasionally working off-hours based on business needs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. A technical degree or equivalent experience is required, and U.S. citizenship or a green card is mandatory.
